Assumingly you did not have any fees or such due?

Have you contacted them to ask?

Or advised your bank if it is not a legitimate charge?

As Sandy said, we cannot advise. Many people seem to have had problems in the last week or so. I only use Cashrewards. I almost signed up for Smarty Cashback some time ago when somebody asked about it here and I checked Scamadvisor that said it was safe, but when they wanted my cc details just to sign up I just closed the tab.
