I've cancelled eBay plus account early this year and can't get the refund. I rejoint the eBay plus on May again also paid the annual fee but it still not working at the moment, I can't the eBay plus benefit when purchasing,

Please follow up my account for refund the first cancelled annual fee and fix my eBay plus account,
