Does anyone know what FEDKEB means in postage details

I have purchased an item, paid for and the seller has posted and I get the following message in postage details

'This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination # 797757982830'

I have no idea what FEDKEB means or how to track the parcel using UPAAB000000046140583 that is provided. It comes up with nothing.

Many thanks for your time and assistance

Fedkeb here too..

At least the USA site gives you tracking (its part of the contract conditions Au Post agreed to) because the Aus Post site doesnt give tracking until its actually delivered. "Its a 'business decision' " I was told...

USPS hands over to Aus Post.

Fedex sometimes goes Au Post, Sometimes delivered by Fedex.

UPS the same.. sometimes AU Post, Sometimes DHL.... Had both turn up one day after the next. Both drivers couldnt explain why..

Express sent from USA is only 'express' while its inside USA, Once it leaves US shores, its snail mail. Its the same sending express out of here by Au Post, once its out of Au, its back to regular mail service speeds.

If you ring the 13 number for Au Post's tracking, they have better info that isnt displayed to the public.

Good Luck!!
