Is Fiji a part of the global shipping program?

I am trying to ship an item to FIji, but dont see it on the Global Shipping Program eligible countries list.  Can I ship to Fiji through the Global Shipping Program?

You are on the Australian boards here.  We do not have access to Global Shipping so you will need to ask on the US boards.
