The product I wish to purchase offers no option to request tracking. What happen if it doesn't arrive?
If it is being sent from within Australia and it is a parcel, all come with tracking
you can use the 'contact buyer' to ask them to give you the tracking number if they do not upload one
If it is a letter, they do not have tracking numbers, unless you have paid for registered post

Sorry, have just seen you are in NZ so not sure about international mail
