Seller and buyer

I search somebody in Canada (Quebec) or US to buy for me on ebay and serve as a relay between a seller and me.

I explain, i need the folowing item (AMI-H-I-JUKEBOX-JUKE-BOX-CREDIT-UNIT-SOLD-AS-IS-UNTESTED/183223040309) to continue my AMI H restauration's Jukebox but the seller don't want to ship it to France, only US or Canada he is in Quebec

I propose to the seller to arrange the shipping by DHL or UPS international, but he refused.

I don't understand why... yesterday i bought a Wallbox for my Jukebox with this method

So if somebody want to help me i was happy

You can also use a US parcel forwarding address. Comgateway, myus, shipito - these are some of the parcel forwarding companies that you can look into.
