Which International Postage service to choose? Auspost

I am wanting to start listing items for international buyers.

I want to use the Standard post on the Auspost website. Which one is that on the choices on ebay? AU Post Express prices match up to standard but i don't think thats the correct one.

When selecting International post I use fixed price as calculated isn't always correct.

In the drop down selection there is a standard post option.
