buyer in China wants delivery to US

I sold an item & buyer is in China, wanting delivery to the US. This is the second time on the same item. First buyer didn't pay, saying he couldn't do PayPal from China.The 2nd buyer hasn't paid yet either. How can I cover myself against possible scam? Thanks.

Only way to be covered is to be paid by PayPal and sent with tracking to address in PayPal.

But these types of requests from buyer always sound sus and I wouldn't proceed.

I would also select China as a location not to post to avoiding future purchases/scams from there.
