I am trying to find a parcel that was sent to me from the U.K., from a seller who I have used before, without any difficulties. On this occasion, tracking indicates that my package is with wnDirect and has been since 17 December 2017. Our local Australia Post has not received this package. We have been overseas since 15 December 2017, having only just returned, hence the delay in tracking this item as we had thought it would be held by our local Australia Post as we have no road side delivery where we live. Sadly, No! They have not received it, but wnDirect tracking indicates it is awaiting pick-up, but does not indicate from where, or how to contact them to arrange for pick-up of this package.
I would be very appreciative if someone can point me in the direction of contacting wnDirect. Online searches brings up no enquiry form or phone number.

wnDirect is the carrier for the GSP from the UK.
Unfortunately after all this time it may well have been returned to the seller.
There is no point in contacting the seller as he will have no further information one the pakage has reached the GSP hub in the UK.
