I got an email that says that I have to send the package off and send a tracking number to PayPal to receive my money. It looks like an ebay but the email address seems abit off it's a @gmail.com address. Is it a scam?

If it needs to be sent to Nigeria, it is certainly a scam. Contact ebay and let them know.
