MY SIGN IN IS REMOVED I have been debited a fraud amount of AUD $134.93 on the 04/9 by a company named REMOVED i did not authorise this payment and have received nothing from them.. I dont know where to go from here HOW SAFE IS PAY PAL AND HOW DO I RETREIVE MY FUNDS REGARDS KERRY HAYES

Not eBay here, this is a public forum.
You may have just received a scam email.
If you have been debited an amount unauthorised then call PayPal.
PayPal is very safe and always return unauthorised transactions.
