Hi. Paid for an item 3rd January 2018 through Paypal and still haven't received it. Have since seen that seller is now unregistered.
How do I get a refund for this item.

Just go to the right of the item you bought and click on the 'I didn't receive it' on the drop down menu. Follow the instructions to open a dispute and just mention in the dispute that the seller is no longer registered.
