I have received an unknown charge related to a recent sale. How can I find out what the charge is f

I recently sold an item on Ebay for $200.  I received a paypal payment of $194.50.  I was then charged an additional amount of $21.78.  Can someone pleae tell me what this fee relates to?

It is free to put a listing up but you still pay fees if and when it sells.

eBay fee upon sale is 10.9 %.

Check by selecting the account tab from My eBay page.

And PayPal also charge a fee but on pick up items it is best to say in the listing you prefer cash on pick up.
