Linking my Paypal Account to Ebay

Everytime I put through a payment through PayPal, basically you ask me if either, 1/.I wish to link my account, OR 2/. Maybe later.  How about NEVER. Stop asking me. It is getting REALLY ANNOYING.I will not link my Paypal account for security reasons. so put another option ie NEVER and stop asking me.

As a follow up, we do turn our computer off when not in use.  If you have your computer permanently on and are permanently logged into eBay, then you could have a problem if you go out, or have people coming in and out of your home that you do not trust.  But I cannot see the logic of leaving a computer on when not in use.
