on the 21st. october I purchased a watch on ebay paying the amount of $34.97 via palpay.This is shown as a debit on my palpay account the transaction number shown on my account is 7PA17334UP319113G/this item was promised to be delivered in four days by australia post,but has not arrived.if the goods cannot be supplied please cancel the order and refund my money

You need to contact the seller as a first step

If the seller is not helpful, you need to open an item not recieved dispute

Australia Post do not promise dates on ebay

The estimated delivery date inserted by ebay on everyone's listings is not a promise either, it is a guess and very rarely correct

What was the seller's feedback like?

did they send you a tracking number?  (if not, have you asked for one?)
