Dispute opened was for item not delivered,Iwill open another dispute for item not as described although i feel it will be fruitless.The seller requested cash transfer as way of payment and being new to online shopping i realised after the fact that ebay does not offer protection in such transactions,valuable lesson learnt,only to use paypal i guess,too late now.What is concerning to me is that you are forced to rely on sellers honesty to do the right thing otherwise you have no guarantee of things going smoothly.I am now out of pockket 300 bucks and as a pensioner that really hurts.I very much doubt i will shop like this ever again,why do people feel  the need to be **bleep**holes to others to enrich their worthless lives.
