If so AGR - MGM pole saw only replace the whole unit about $45.00 landed. A bit of a Rip off as it is a nylon /plastic component that gets worn. It is certainly the most likely part to wear out on the whole machine. This part is stamped with 3 - PA66 and the lugs have worn out over the first period of uses with about 20 pull starts. Must be a way of purchasing direct from the manufacturer. As AGM keep refering me to purchase the whole pull start component from their web site. This pole saw was out of warrantie as I had stored it for the last two years unused. Not a problem as I only wished to purchase the nylon/plastic part that seems to wear out to soon. Did I mention Rip off.
Anyone got ideas how to obtain this little nylon/ plastic part?
