I bought a 50ft expandable flexible water garden hose from the seller mygracehome ID no 321142147464 on the 21st of sept and recieved it on the 24th of sept it was in great condition but i had only used it 3 times and it split and water comes out every where ,i have contacted the seller because it is faulty and not up to the specifications of the the hose ,they were meant to be strong and durable and i have asked for a refund and they replied back and want a photo of the hose ,but i can not send them one because of ebay policy and i was wondering if i am aloud to send them a photo to there email address or do i contact paypal and put in a dispute ,can you please help me regards cheryl
