Do you use Selling Manager Pro? Subscriptions to SMP are free when you have a store.
You can setup a regular automatic download of sold items. I have it set to do a monthly download of all sold and archived.
In SMP go to Seller Tools > File Management Centre and you can either create a one off request or create an auto schedule.
