Can you add a 'but it now' price after an item is already on auction?

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice. I have an item on auction that has already been bid on, and was wondering if it is possible to add a 'buy it now' price?

If there is no bids you can add a buy now price but once a bid is placed the BIN is removed.
