I have a problem with combined invoices. Buyers say that when they purchase an item eBay takes them straight to the Payment Page. This does not allow the buyer to request a combined invoice and if someone buys three items, I get three payments, three notifications etc and have to issue three packing slips with the purchase. This is not so bad with local purchases with free postage BUT when the buyer is overseas postage varies with size/destination of the item. In overseas purchases the buyer ends up with multiple postage costs and is usually not happy and the remedy is emails/refunds etc. and very messy. Additionally individual payments costs the seller additional Paypal fees. What I need to know is how to set my preferences so that buyers are not taken to the payment page and are given the opportunity to request combined postage. Sorry for being so long-winded.
