I have a buyer who received a defective item and started the return process. I issued a label to send back the defective item as I will need to send it back, however, once I receive it I would like to send them a replacement item. I have not received the item yet as this just occurred today so I don't know what options I will be given once it arrives, but it appears from what I am seeing that the only option after the I receive the return is a refund. How do I send them a replacement item instead of issuing a refund?
