A buyer wants 10 days to pay. Her feedback score includes lots of 'prompt payer', also one false positive about not paying or communicating at all. 10 days feels like pulling my leg, especially as there were 3 other bidders on the item. Not sure how to respond to her. What do you think?
I would say that's fine but you have others still interested so if not paid by the 10th day, you will need to open a case. Something nice and professional along those lines.
