600 Free listings usage - basic store

Hello!

I have upgraded to a store, believing I would get 600 Free listings per month. But now I find out the 600 are for Collectables Only.  I have searched everywhere and can't find where it says this. I want to sell mostly books so this is not of much use to me. Am I reading the Fee Table and the detailed fees list wrong?  Would someone please point me to where I can see info regarding what Free listings are for - or are they always for Collectables Only?

It's not clear as to which categories the freebies apply.

But they are for BIN only in stores.
