Click & Collect Not Showing

I'm usin ecwid's Codisto integration and have click and collect activate for all listings but can't find on ebay back end where to activate it or if I need more sales/higher seller feedback first?

You need to tick the box when doing the listing to add the click and collect option.

You can add it by revising the listing.

Personally I don't like click and collect as buyers think they should not have to pay postage and then some complain as they thought the item was in the store they select to collect from.
