Feedback rating

Hi, I have received a bad feedback from a customer as the item was lost in postage. a refund was given once alerted.

 

Customer response was the following

 

i understand how feedback works, seller does not understand how to package items safely. feedback asks how my dealings were, they were not good, i did not get my item, only a ripped envelope that should have been carrying fragile electronics, thus i believe the feedback to be in accordance to what the feedback system is about

The feedback looks appropriate to me.....harsh, maybe, but it covers what the buyer felt about the transaction.

 

Too many sellers think that a paper envelope is sturdy enough to post items safely.....most buyers would disagree.
