Hi, I have received a bad feedback from a customer as the item was lost in postage. a refund was given once alerted.
Customer response was the following
i understand how feedback works, seller does not understand how to package items safely. feedback asks how my dealings were, they were not good, i did not get my item, only a ripped envelope that should have been carrying fragile electronics, thus i believe the feedback to be in accordance to what the feedback system is about
At least bubblewrap the items if you are not going to use a padded envelope.
AP say an item should be packed to be able withstand 10kg dropped on it from shoulder height or thereabouts.
