When did final value fees go up to 10.9%

Hi all

I put a few items up for Xmas and some sold.

But when did FVF's go up to 10.9%?

I can't find anything on the announcement board?

And for anyone else reading here not wanting to click on links.

This came into effect when the Netflix tax was introduced July 2017.

It is in effect a 10% tax on eBay fees so the increase goes to the Tax Dept., not eBay.
