if i register a personal ebay account can i change it into a bussiness account later on ?

Yes but many have said there is little point in doing so as you cannot change back and lose certain privileges.

Best to start with the private and use the free listings you get every month then change up to a store (subscribe) if you begin to list 100-200 items.

(You still pay final value fees upon sales)
