Reject a cancellation request by mistake

My customer brought the item, the wanted to cancel the transaction 5 days later.

 

I sent a cancellation request to her, but she rejected it and claimed that it was a mistake.  I can't reopen the case after the rejection, and I can't get my selling fee credited.

 

What else can I do?

The most reliable method is to open a non paying bidder dispute.
