I was contacted by a prospective buyer from NZ who'd like me to post it over there if he wins, but when I go to "revise listing" it's not giving me an option to add international services, only domestic ones. Please help. I'm worried that if I list it as domestic postage, but then send it overseas that I might get in trouble...

I have tried to sell a dress on eBay three times. First time, it didn't sell. Second time the "buyer" turned out to be someone who had hacked another user's account and was trying to access my personal information. eBay informed me of the scam only after I'dcancelled it myself and reneged on the sale. The third time, my dress sold for $295 but communication has been the sane as the last sale, leading me to believe it is again a scam. I have not heard from eBay so am now left frustrated and without any profit from my dress, which I really wanted to sell Quickly. Has this happened often to anyone else? It really puts me off.

Hi. I was wondering if you could help. I am purchasing an Iphone from someone via Ebay. Unfortunately when recalculating postage costs they placed the total amount of item ($305) and postage ($19.85) in the additional sellers fee option. Therefore invoice appeas as $305 for item plus $324.85 for seller charge = total of $629.85. The seller has been very helpful in trying to rectify this error without much success. They are quite new to selling on Ebay (26 feedback stars). Could you please advise how the seller can rectify this so I can forward links to any suggestions. Thanks?:|

Sold a large item as pick up only. The buyer contacted me, paid through pay pal but didn't come to collect the item. I have been trying to contact them through ebay messages, direct emails and sms. No responses. Any suggestions?

Hi, to all those who offered me help. My mistake previously was, that I was not specific enough, regarding the page I wanted to organise. The "sold' page I need to organise is not the "sold" page that is accessed via "all selling". The "sold" page I was referring to, is accessed from the My Ebay Summary page. On the left side, in the Selling Manager Pro section, I click on Sold, and I am then taken to this Sold page, where I can click on the arrow on the far right of any sale, and in the drop down menu, I can select View Item Details. This is the Sold page that I would like to organise, and not the page accessed from All Selling. Can items on this "Sold Page" be organised such as: the last sale will be at the top of the list, and the previous sales will all be below? Thanks again for your past advice. Regards, John.

I have just received a negative from a buyer which I feel is unjustified. My listing clearly stated the postage cost for the item (which is the postage & handling fee really). They paid instantly after winning, no questions asked, but are now complaining it was excessive??? It is really annoying that someone can destroy your 100% feedback and I can only leave them a positive in return.

I found another number for support but it also is incorrect. All I'm trying to do is list an item. What do I do? Help please...or else I'll just list it through Gumtree. Thanks.

I have another hot issue with the new system of AP - we no longer receive a registered slip that we stick the number to and fill out the buyers Name Adress Suburb and postcode ALSO stamped by AP on receipt - we receive a register docket with the number and p/c also the cost.ONLY PAYPAL POLICY S7.6 You have no automatic entitlement to receive any payments under the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy S7.9 If the seller presents Proof of Shipment to your address, we may find in their favour even if you did not receive the item. PAYPAL REQUIRE PROOF that you have sent it and that requires a registered slip stamped by AP also showing all of the above requirements - SO HOW DO WE DO THIS NOW??

Using the advice from Putney32, (thanks again) I found that setting a preference for "time ended: recent first" may only relate to the time that the item itself would be ending, and so they would appear on the page in the order that they would "end", rather than when they were "Sold". The drop down menu doesn't seem to have this option. That then still leaves me with my original question. Can items on the "Sold Page" be organised such as: the last sale will be at the top of the list, and the previous sales will all be below? Does anybody know if this can be done? Regards, John.

One of my items sold on Saturday morning and I still haven't received payment? I'm new to eBay selling so I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing or does it normally take this long? Where do I look to see if the payment has been processed? PayPal? Do I have a setting that could be wrong? I know my paypal account was set to personal when the item ended but I have since changed it to premier. I freaking out because I don't want my customer to think I'm slow at posting it. Also how long should I wait for them to pay? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I recently sold a book which weighed over 500g and was sent to outback Queensland. Buyer was happy with purchase and left positive feedback but said postage was too dear. I do not charge handling fees and choose the lowest postage possible in this case a 3kl ebay satchel which also has the security of tracking, took a 5c hit to round out postage Plus did not charge for the cost of the satchel. I replied to his feedback to say that postage price was the cheapest option. My question is do I message this newbie and explain myself further thereby educating him to familiarise himself with postage and how some feedback comments can adversely affect sellers? Or am I being anal retentive?

I recently posted off a handbag to America and I used the address they have registered with paypal. It was posted registered with tracking. After I posted it she told me she didnt want it anymore, but I told her it was posted and there was nothing I could do about it now. 3 weeks later it was returned to me with a sticker on it saying it could not be delivered????. I rang aust post and they said there must of been a problem with the address. So I checked the address with paypal and it was the same. I have checked also with the buyer and she has given me the same address as paypal. Aust post could not give me a definite reason as to why it was not delivered. I have since refunded the purchase price, but the buyer wants to know why I didnt refund the postage. I asked her if she wanted me to repost it and she said no. Now she thinks she wants it to be re posted and then she tells me she doesn't Im very confused with this buyer, I dont know whether to refund the postage if she doesnt want it re-posted. Im happy to pay for the reposting but I dont think I should pay for 2 postage charges. Or do I just refund the postage and Im out of pocket. I feel I have done nothing wrong here. Please help, where do I stand with this sort of problem

I recently posted an item in E-bay to sell, it was sold, and the item was posted to the buyer using the address giving on their profile. It was sent by Australia Post registered Post, the buyer has informed they have never received the item; Australia Post say’s it’s delivered. I requested the signature form Australia Post and provided it to the buyer for proof. The buyer has informed me ‘the details were correct, the signature is close to theirs, but they did not sign for the Jeans’. I have requested an ‘Item Search Investigation’ from Australia Post. If this doesn’t turn up, what happens next? As obviously I posted the item and the buyer has paid for the item, but the item is missing.

Last month I put my first items on sale (23 items) and sold 18 of them to 8 buyers. Four buyers have posted feedback and four haven't a little over a fortnight after mailing. I am concerned that they might not have received their items - is it appropriate to contact them and ask if they have received their packages if I don't get feedback? As the items were small and inexpensive (mostly 99c each) I wasn't able to use tracking. Thank you for your time.

I have had a buyer request a full refund on an item, they also expect me to send of a parcel with a prepaid parcel inside to get the item bacb, but only after they get their refund first. is this Right? I have never heard of a buyer having to pay for another 2 parcels to get the item back plus sending full refund including postage. any help would be appreciated
