I want to end my listing tonight ASAP.,There's no bids. Is there a restriction on how quickly we can make the new end time. The last 2 items I sold on ebay have been to Buyers who did not pay me. The first one, after many ignored messages from, 11 days later deposited the money into PayPal..too late, I had already resold the item. She was outraged  by my action even though never made any contact. Second one was a few days ago, said he would pay me in 24 hours, which have come and gone. I do not understand what's going on with this Buyer, and I continue with all the money retained by PAYPAL, since 29 July. This Buyer opened a Case of Return on July 29, according to the normal eBay, has 14 days to sending back the product to the Seller. Today is August 26, and the Buyer does not provide the number tracking of sending me the jacket. I think the Buyer is playing with me and with you. I've asked a lot of times the tracking number to the Buyer to solve the problem and spend days, spend weeks and still no solution and I don't have the money. Then, I do not understand the reason for the change of the closing date of the Case. For 25 days, the date for closing the Case, if the Buyer did not return the purchase was for August 26 (screen dump 001.png), and from last night's date automatically changed to August 30. Why ?   I continue without receiving anything and the Buyer does not want to provide the shipping tracking number. Mr. Allen please, I need solve the problem and recover the money. Recently listed something, I put both a fixed rate postage option as well as a local pickup option. The item is now sold, and the buyer chose to pickup and pay by cash.
