spamming violations

I am very disappointed with a resent ruling on a product I have been listing on eBay for the last 5 years

The item was removed then a violation strike was given to me , I edited the product which they told me in there spam message was the offending word (Myford)

 This word placed in  eBay search comes up worldwide with  over 1000 listing .

I removed the word Myford from the add as they suggested then re-listed the item without Myford in it.

Low and behold the item was removed again this time because it had Words Super 7 and ML7 lathes which what this produce is used on.

I rang eBay trust and safety, they did not care what I said or what experience I have which is close  to 40 years in the Engineering trade , these words were keyword spamming and not related to the product.

  I was told I was trying to take a unfair advantage from other sellers, on top of this I was given another violation strike

I can only say they allow people who have no idea making these decisions   , who a located in call centers who do not understand or no how to find out if items are related or not to the product your selling.

A simple google               

             (Second add )  which was removed ER32 COLLET CHUCK FOR SUPER 7 LATHE OR ML7

Would show it is totally relevant.

2 major points I would like to point out to call who may read this

there is nowhere to my knowledge that you can reasonably explain this to someone who will  listen.

Also as eBay have a policy to dob in other eBay sellers for whatever reason ,  it is quite easy to find almost in thing someone sells that they believe is not true to eBay regulations there thoughts

Why did eBay allow this item to be listed for 5 years and take their fees from sales from it when one was sold?

Why didn't eBay notify me when the item was pulled the first time that there was other parts of the description they did not like

It is fine for eBay to hijack your pictures ( they are yours) , then send details to customers , of items similar on eBay sold my other sellers , that's what I call 2 faced
