Advice please

A potential buyer has been messaging me about making a large purchase to send to her overseas.

The problem is that today she has just sent me a message which has included her mailing address. She's a relatively inexperienced buyer so I undertand it's an oversight, but will Ebay penalise me because she's sent her address to me? I have never asked her for this information and was just waiting on her to confirm the quantity she was after.

UGH!

It's possible they have an Anchor store which are allowed to put contact details in listings. ($500 per month regardless of sales)

Don't know why their store door is not showing in listing but shows when you select view other items.

168 odd listings and 227 fb - hardly an Anchor store I'd say.

Looks like they want off ebay sales to me.  Touting local pick up to save postage.

I seem to remember an announcement that Anchor stores weren't allowed to put their

details in their listings anymore.

Blowed if I can find it now, though.

Maybe the exception is, if you can prove you have a B & M store?

You probably won't find it because I'm sure the ban applies to all stores and none are mentioned specifically.  Bet nobody can find where it says that anchor stores are allowed to have their details.

If you have low item turnover but high priced items it can be worth having an anchor store as it's 4.8% fees as opposed to 10.9%.

They also have a B&M store with electronics so warranty claims may be made through it.

They sell tennis racquets and bits, no electronics that I can see.

I'd want a high turnover, not a low turnover to claw back that $500

kopes said a low item turnover (item numbers), but each one worth a substantial amount.

Just re: contact details, it was never related ro store subscription, but it was allowed if the account was registered as a business account, regardless of store level, in which case a seller used to be allowed to have a phone number in listings. That info is now removed from the new help pages. There used to be a page stating some of the implications of registering as a business and that was listed as a benefit - that page appears to no longer exist.

All sellers used to be able to have an email address in listings as well, once upon a time.
