To add to what has already been said, this page will show you which categories come under collectables. It's right down the bottom right. They are the only categories where you'd get 200 free auction-style listings if you opened a basic store (assuming you don't have any listing limits). The first link doesn't show all the categories that are considered to be collectables, eg. all craft categories.
