Has anyone ever won a chargeback?
How long did it take?
What did you have to do to win?
Was it an Australian buyer or OS buyer?

Mine is still being processed. I am confident that I will get my money back one way or other, as I have the eBay message of her acknowledging she has the item and is happy with it. So i cannot see why are they are still holding my $300something GRRRRRRRRRRRR...........
but as I mentioned on AC; I have just spoken to somebody who agreed to Lay-by; $100 non refundable deposit, and balance in a month. The buyer did not pay the balance and then did a chargeback on the ground they did not get the item. I have a feeling thast would be hard to fight; I probably would not fight it.

I have won several chargebacks as I have been able to provide proof of postage which meets Paypal requirements and therefore I was covered under the Paypal Seller Protection Policy.
On average they have taken 2 - 3 weeks.
Once I have uploaded the documentation after 2 weeks I give them a call and ask them to please release my funds as I am covered under the Australian Paypal Seller Protection policy.

Forgot to say that some were from Australian Buyers and others were from overseas buyers.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got this message from PP:
Because you followed the guidelines of the Seller Protection Policy,
PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback.
It took less than 4 weeks, she was from Gawler SA, i did make one call to PP (the 1800 number) just to check if there is anything more that would make my case more likely to succeed.
