Hello Sellers,
I am a hobby seller and do several items a week, but not all weeks.
I have a couple of locals who pick up and pay cash.
Just yesterday I had one such sale and upon pick up I went in to finalize the transaction by checking the buyer paid box against the item on my ebay sales list.
Unfortunately I checked the wrong item's box (this item is a pay ebay and post item),
Now I can't uncheck the buyer paid box. Can't find the box if it's there,
Tried the infuriated assistant bot but all I got was a cancel sale loop.
Any suggestions.
Thanks

Its used to be in the drop down list as mark as not paid or something similar, sadly I just had all mine marked as sent for the day, so the only option for me is now mark as unsent.
It was definitely there a year or so ago, as I remember doing it

Hi Sugar,
Yes I have seen it too, once upon a time ago, but it seems to have disappeared.
I guess I will wait the four days then cancel the order if buyer doesn't pay beforehand.
The Ebay help is a useful as metal filings in ones underclothes.
Thanks for your response.
Cheers

You won't be able to use "buyer hasn't paid" for a cancellation, and if you use any other reason you'll probably end up having to refund them.
