Promise i did search but could not find an answer to this question. I have been selling for a couple of months now and have 18 positive feedbacks as a seller but my feedback score is 9 how do they work this out?
Thanks

When a buyer buys multiple items in a 7 day period it only counts as 1 FB on the counter.

They also penalise you by counting multiple negatives from a buyer in a seven day period as 1.

But a buyer can see that you have 18 feedback comments if they click on your Feedback as a Seller.
You are doing pretty well with repeat customers.....all that feedback from 3 customers.....you are doing something right.
