Free listings??? How come?

Just listed a couple of things and wasn't charged a fee. Anyone know why? I'm a so-called powerseller.

That email came through for my PS id & I've copied & pasted it word for word.

I haven't looked to see if I got the email on any of my accounts but even if I have I doubt if i will be bothering to avail myself of the offer unless it is for re listing unsold items, not being able to use TL is blardy ridiculous!

My number of listings left for the month is staying static, so I seem to be getting free listings and not using up any of my quota of free listings.

And I use TL to list.

so did i but now ebay 2 days ago had a melt down and took all my 44 listring off and heaps of other ebay sellers had hundreds lisitngs removed as well , so much for free lisitngs ,  but ebay has only relisted  28 of my 44 and charged me to relist them grrrr , after sending many emails to them with my anger about it all , maybe they have maccas kids working for ebay now lol
