Have just been trying to work out if it's better value than the $1 FVF promo.

Starts to get worse around the $36.00 sale price + shipping mark, I'd guess. 10.9% FVF (let's round it up to 11%):

$36.00 sale price + shipping = $3.96 FVF

75% off the $3.96 FVF = $0.99 FVF

So, for anything that sells over that, the flat-rate $1 FVF is better value.

And the "75% off" promotion is only for ten items.

yes it started and I scheduled several to start 00:05.  I notice the 75% promo allowance are still sitting there and those listed has come off the 40 a month quota.  sigh! ... does ebay ever get any promo right?
