Highest bid is lower than reserve price,

Hello,

I received an email saying that my item Precimax Mens Watch PX14013 was sold  to highest bid for $30.60.  My reserve price is $199.95.  This may be due to a system error.

Please don't send a payment reminder to the highest bidder  liamtan207.  He  acknowledged that the transaction is erroneous and he requested for cancellation of the  transaction.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I hope this will not affect my rating.

Not contacting ebay here, just other members like yourself.

You seem to think that the Buy it now price is your reserve.

There are no reserves on Australian ebay except for cars, bikes and caravans.

When you have an auction price and a Buy it Now price, as soon as someone bids,

the buy  it now price disappears.

The best way to get the price you want, is to start your auction at a price you would be happy to sell it for.

That way, if there is only one bid, then you get your minimum price.

I suggest you now revise your remaining listings.

Cancel the sale..

Highest bid is lower than reserve price,

Not eBay here, only members like you.

There are no reserves on eBay Aus, only in vehicles and Real Estate.

When a bid is placed, the BIN price disappears.

You will need to do the cancellation yourself.

In future only start an auction at a price you will sell at.
