How to change to quick listing format

One of my accounts was  on the quick listing single page format. There must have been a glitch and it has changed back to the old style 2 page format.......... How do I change back to the single page listing format ?   Thanks

If I'm understanding your post correctly, you mean the new version of the advanced listing tool? 

If so, sorry but I have no idea. I opted out of the new version on my selling ID and have never found a way to go back to the new one.

The only thing I can suggest is trying links from the help pages to see if that works - I found this page that's specifically to try out the new form, but it's on eBay US so I don't know if it will take effect on the AU site:

The AU selling help page has this link to start selling (the directions say it's to start by choosing a category, but I don't know if this will go to the new form or not) :
