Inventory allocation - Bin allocation

I am hoping someone out there in eBay sellers world knows how to be able to give your listing/style an allocation number - for stock/inventory allocation purposes. I have over 800 listings/styles and need to employ staff - BUT my stock is put away in sizes and styles.....I need to be able to allocate it to a Bin/shelf number so I can print out the invoice and my staff know exactly where to pick the stock from ( I thought allocating a custom label would work - but that just stuffs up the listing).....Hope it makes sense...Can someone help me???

I use a ref number for each item which is assigned to the photos,  the saved listing, the custom label in ebay and on a sticker on the item.

Works well for the few hundred items I have listed and stored.
