I had my holiday settings on stating I wasn't to return until 5th, posted next day (6th) to VIC (from sydney), he received approx 9th, that's pretty bl**dy good service from aust post, IMO.
As for the screen protector being a disaster, why should I be punished cause some knob doesn't know how to put on a screen protector properly.
Anyway, rant over........

I would contact ebay about it and try to get the neg removed. Tell them you were set to away they might remove the neg if the item arrived within the time frame on the listing.
I copped a neg once because some numpty couldn't use and iron properly to attach an iron on patch and burnt it. Yep that was all my fault.

Did ebay make their cut?
That's all that matters.

Rang CS and they said that I should contact the buyer and ask "why". Ummmm, yeah right. He already wrote it in his feedback the reason why.
So, as a good little girl, I messaged the buyer asking why (also included the holiday setting procedure etc etc), now just waiting for a reply.......apparently, if he doesn't reply within 3 days, I call ebay CS and they will review........not holding my breath.
Ohhhh, also, I said to ebay, that this could potentially harm my sales in the future as buyers would see it and think the item was **bleep** and his response......wait for it........."that is not going to happen". Ummmm, I'm glad he knows what my potential buyers are thinking before they even know themselves.
