LATE SHIPMENT RATE

My Late shipment rate never seems to go down since I had  one late complaint 8 months ago even though I have not had a bad rating since. Why does it not go down it is at .26 per cent since before Xmas, my selling ammount over the nonths have stayed roughly the same with not one complaint?

Have you got your handling time set at a few days, just to give things a bit longer to arrive? If you send them straight away they'd have more chance of arriving in time if you add a few days to your handling time.

No, Store Policy is to post within 24 hours of the sale to who ever from wherever. I think I will contact the International buyer and advise APO transit time. See what happens ?
