I recently added a new credit card for payments of listing fees and removed the old card details. I'm still getting messages from EBay saying may payment is declined and quoting the old card number. I have verified my new card so can't understand why they don't debit my new card.they have threatened my with sanctions if I don't sort the issue. I responded to their last email but did not get a response. What do I do to fix this.
