Just a little information for sellers who had the problem with their listing, A message in red "Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields description listing title. Please enter a valid value" I was not able to continue and tried various different ways to remove it but nothing worked.

I finally rang ebay and was told that my title description was too long.I have reduced it and now all seems to be fixed.At the time of listing my item the title  showed that I still had 16 letters left so I put in the extra words.and would not have done so otherwise.So if anyone has the same problem, try reducing the length of your title. I hope it works for you.!

I've not had that issue, but useful for those that do. It's weird that they're saying your titles are too long. Like leaving feedback, once you've used all the characters, it won't allow you to put any more in. You can see where people have tried because a word will be cut off at the end of their title/feedback. If they're allowing X characters, you should be able to use every last one. Most of mine use all the characters, so if I do start to have issues, I know what to try. Thanks for sharing the tip.

After you got the message, was anything highlighted on the listing page? The couple of times I have had it happen (I forgot to put in a postage cost), it jumped me back to where the missing value was, and it had a red box around it. That was on the old listing format though.

Thank your " tippy" for your interest and comment.The highlighted box appeared above or below the Title.In similiar circumstances to yours when I have forgatten to put in a price or postage a highlighted red box appears around  those areas.
