I have been contacting eBay for 2 months trying to get the money owed to me since introducing managed payments. They always tell me everything looks ok and have even had an email saying that everything is successful and should receive payment in 24 hours. Now my account is suspended and nobody can purchase which is hurting our family business. If anyone else has had this issue can they advise how they got it resolved . Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue and is ongoing now since the 1st April. Spoken to eBay more than 100 times! No one ever calls back when promised. Has anyone had this issue sorted?
