NPB cust left neg feedback?

I was under the impression that one a NOP was filed and closed the customer could not leave feedback.  Am i wrong?

cust promised payment several time and nothing.  NPB filed and closed 3 weeks after purchase.  They should not be able to leave feedback.

Can I get this removed..

That only applies if the dispute was closed and a strike issued to the buyer.  Was a strike issued?

Yes there was a strike issued as far as I know.  They did not pay and I closed dispute!

Are you sure you closed it using the right option, that the buyer hadn't paid? If you chose the other option by mistake that you had agreed not to continue with the transaction they would still be able to leave feedback. You should have had an email saying your FVF had been refunded and a strike issued, have you checked your account to make sure the FVF was refunded?

Yes I closed it properly.  I have recived my FVF back.  They should not be able to leave feedback then. 

They have since contacted me & this is what they said

"you have now affected my ability to purchase items so I left negative feedback. That is the reason for it"

Double checked.  I did get e-mail saying FVF was refunded and strike was put on cust account.  So they should not have been able to leave feedback then right?

It is kidzpartiz on my power seller ID.  I think I will call them tomorrow.  I know the rules as I have been selling for a long time. Just wanted clarification thanks.
