I advise a buyer my stock was damaged and I was having trouble getting more, offering a refund but he wanted to wait. 5 days ago I advised him it still hadn`t turned up and recommended I refund his money, and he still wanted to wait. Today, he decides to put in a claim, and leave me Negative Feedback
Come on eBay, wheres my option to leave buyers Neutral/Negative Feedback
They can decline refunds twice, then put in a claim through Paypal, as well as leave Negative Feedback. This system suxs eBay

If you contact eBay by phone (not email or live chat) and your communications with this buyer were via eBay's message system, you may be able to have them removed. They can see your messages and your offers to refund. You find the phone number through the Customer Support link and will be given a one time code to use.
